Primary responsibilities include:  

• Engineering design of lighting, lighting controls, power distribution, grounding and bonding, fire alarm, and other electrical systems within the market sectors in which SGA ENGINEERS currently specializes within. 

• Detailed design within AutoCAD and/or Revit software. 

• Experience with electrical load calculations, panel schedules, etc. 

• Lead technical design of several projects from pre-design through construction closeout. 

• Interface and effectively communicate with other engineers, architects, clients, contractors, vendors, and owners in a team environment. 

Minimum requirements to be considered for this role are:  

• Candidate for a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited engineering program. 

• Excellent communication skills through written and oral methods.

• Ability to address several projects at any point in time.

Additional information:  

• Role will require local/regional travel on occasion for site observations and design charrettes.
